The recent change in presidency has brought upon some really positive news I thought I’ve got to share with you! As America is a global superpower and extremely powerful country, who is now making changes against climate change by adopting sustainable practices. As always, they will influence the rest of the world and hold great power to positively encourage the rest of the globe.
President Biden has set ambitious goals that will ensure America and the world can meet the urgent demands of the climate crisis, while empowering American workers and businesses to lead a clean energy revolution that achieves a carbon pollution-free power sector by 2035 and puts the United States on an irreversible path to a net-zero economy by 2050.
The recently signed executive order affirms that the White House Office of Domestic Climate Policy, led by the first-ever National Climate Advisor and Deputy National Climate Advisor is creating a central office in the White House that is charged with coordinating the President’s climate agenda. Reading that a focused head office dedicated to climate change activities only has been put in place made me so happy!
