Hello Everyone! I hope you all have had a good week so far. It is so important for me to integrate healthy, nourishing meals into my lifestyle. Which is why I wanted to share one easy way to do this, which is adding organic sprouts on top of any meal.
The health benefits of organic sprouts
Sprouts are incredibly nutritious and naturally high in protein. Despite the fact that sprouts are very yummy, adding sprouts into your diet facilitates health benefits such as: easier digestion, improved blood sugar levels and a lower risk of heart disease. I have always thought that growing your own fresh food at home is the way to go in order to nourish your body in the best way possible. Don’t you agree?
However, this can be tricky if you do not have a vegetable garden. This is why I have made it as easy as possible to grow your own sprouts directly in your kitchen. To know how to sprout and all the important details visit the product page on my website.

Why should we eat more plant based proteins?
Great benefits from introducing more plant based proteins into your diet is reducing the risk of colorectal cancer (a cancer of the colon), decreasing the inflammation of arthritis and reducing the risk of developing diabetes. It is clear that plant based proteins promote good health.
However, there are other reasons why it is important to increase your consumption of plant based proteins. A main reason is due to it being more environmentally friendly overall. Studies carried out by international researchers show that over 20 times more fresh water is required to produce animal products compared to the same weight of plant products. How shocking is this!? (How much water is used in the production of plant-based products?)
It is, therefore, incredibly important for each of us to take small actions together towards moving to consuming more plant based protein as opposed to animal proteins. One way to do this is to grow your own organic sprouts at home instead of buying them from the shops.
Let me know in the comments below what your thoughts are on plant based proteins. Please feel free to share tips you may have for readers on the importance of eating more plant based proteins.
In love and encouragement to create a healthier lifestyle for yourself,
Kerry
