Tracking your order

You will receive notification once your order has been dispatched, together with a tracking number.

Delivery Periods

We will do everything possible to pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

For customers choosing the EFT payment option, your order is only packed once the monies reflect in our bank account.

The average delivery times are as follows:

Cape Town Area – 2 to 3 working days

Main Centres – 2 to 5 working days

Regional Areas – 3 to 7 working days

Remote Areas – 5 to 10 working days

When do we deliver?

Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 12h00 and 14h00 – 17h00 

No shipping & deliveries take place after hours, on weekends or Public Holidays.
